Global technology leader Autodesk has entered into a strategic partnership with Pinnacle Infotech Solutions to drive digital transformation across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formalised during the launch of Pinnacle’s Centre of Excellence for Design & Engineering in Bengaluru, signalling a major push toward digital-led project delivery and infrastructure development.
Under the collaboration, the two companies will combine Autodesk’s cloud-based platforms with Pinnacle Infotech’s expertise in digital engineering, BIM, and project delivery services. The objective is to enable connected, data-driven workflows across the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects from design and construction to operations and asset management.
A key focus of the partnership will be the implementation of integrated digital workflows, aimed at improving project coordination, information management, and execution efficiency. This is expected to help reduce rework, streamline handovers between project phases, and deliver faster, more predictable, and higher-quality outcomes for clients, particularly across the Asia-Pacific region.
The collaboration will also promote the adoption of advanced technologies such as Digital Twin and connected construction systems, which enable real-time monitoring and lifecycle management of assets. These technologies are increasingly critical for developing intelligent, sustainable, and resilient infrastructure.
Beyond project execution, both organisations will work on knowledge sharing, industry engagement, and ecosystem development initiatives, including joint participation in industry programmes and customer-driven solutions to accelerate the adoption of digital engineering practices.
Commenting on the partnership, Bimal Patwari, CEO and Co-founder of Pinnacle Infotech, stated that the collaboration will enhance the company’s ability to scale digital delivery and improve coordination across complex projects, while reducing inefficiencies. Meanwhile, Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President (India & SAARC) at Autodesk, highlighted that such collaborations are essential to support India’s infrastructure growth and digital transformation ambitions.
The MoU reflects a shared vision to transform how infrastructure and buildings are designed, built, and managed, positioning digital technologies at the core of the AECO industry’s future.
