Diamond Power Infrastructure Secures ₹19.57 Crore Cable Supply Order from Adani Green Energy

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Adani Green Energy Limited for the supply of cables valued at ₹19,57,11,313 (inclusive of GST), the company disclosed in a regulatory filing on Monday.

The order, awarded by a domestic entity, involves the supply of cables and is scheduled to be executed within 15 days from the issuance of the Letter of Intent. The company confirmed that the contract does not fall under related party transactions and that there is no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entity.

According to the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the contract reinforces Diamond Power Infrastructure’s position in the domestic cable supply segment, particularly within the renewable energy ecosystem.

The company stated that the order strictly pertains to domestic operations and aligns with its core business of manufacturing and supplying cables.

This development comes as demand for electrical infrastructure components continues to grow alongside India’s expanding renewable energy capacity, with companies like Adani Green Energy driving large-scale project execution across the country.

Diamond Power Infrastructure has requested stock exchanges to take the information on record, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance.
