J Kumar Infraprojects Wins ₹1,184 Crore EPC Contract for Lucknow Convention Centre

J Kumar Infraprojects Limited has secured a major ₹1,184 crore Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the development of an international exhibition-cum-convention centre in Lucknow, strengthening its position in large-scale urban infrastructure projects.

The project will be executed at Vrindavan Yojna, Sector-15, and is designed to accommodate around 10,000 people, making it a significant addition to the city’s convention and events infrastructure.

The company has received a Letter of Acceptance dated April 3, 2026, from the office of the Superintending Engineer, PMGSY Circle, Public Works Department, Lucknow. The scope of work includes complete design, engineering, procurement, and construction of the facility under EPC mode, ensuring end-to-end project execution responsibility.

The project is scheduled to be completed within a 24-month timeframe, reflecting a fast-track execution plan for the development of modern urban infrastructure in the state capital.

Once completed, the convention centre is expected to serve as a key hub for exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events, supporting business tourism and enhancing Lucknow’s profile as a destination for national and international gatherings.

This contract adds to J Kumar Infraprojects’ growing order book and reinforces its capabilities in delivering complex EPC projects across urban infrastructure segments, including public facilities, transportation, and large civic developments.
