ArisInfra Signs ₹800 Crore, 5-Year Materials Supply Pact with Capacit’e Infraprojects

ArisInfra Solutions Limited has entered into a long-term materials supply agreement worth ₹800 crore with Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, marking a significant development in India’s construction supply chain ecosystem.

The agreement spans five years, under which ArisInfra will supply a wide range of construction materials to Capacit’e’s projects across infrastructure, commercial, and real estate segments. The supplies will also extend to Capacit’e’s subsidiaries and associated entities, ensuring a steady and consolidated procurement pipeline.

The partnership will be executed through ArisInfra’s digital procurement platform, which enables streamlined sourcing, vendor aggregation, and efficient delivery of materials. The move represents a shift away from the traditional fragmented, site-level procurement model toward a more structured and technology-driven supply chain approach.

Notably, the agreement builds on an existing relationship between the two companies, which has already seen transactions exceeding ₹600 crore across more than 15 project sites, covering over 100 categories of materials such as aggregates, ready-mix concrete, steel, electricals, and plumbing supplies.

The deal is considered one of the first large-scale, long-term structured procurement commitments in India’s construction sector, offering both companies improved supply visibility, pricing stability, and operational efficiency.

For Capacit’e Infraprojects, the agreement ensures consistent material availability across ongoing and upcoming projects, reducing risks associated with supply disruptions. For ArisInfra, the deal provides a stable revenue pipeline over five years, strengthening its position as a key materials partner in the infrastructure and construction industry.

This partnership reflects a broader industry trend toward digitisation and consolidation of construction supply chains, as developers and contractors increasingly seek efficiency, transparency, and predictability in material sourcing amid rising infrastructure activity in India.
