Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has reported a strong financial performance for FY 2025–26, registering a provisional turnover of approximately ₹32,350 crore, reflecting an 18% year-on-year growth. The company also recorded robust order inflows of around ₹75,000 crore during the fiscal, taking its total outstanding order book to nearly ₹2.4 lakh crore.
The growth was primarily driven by significant traction in the power sector, where the company secured orders worth about ₹59,000 crore, reinforcing its strong market position. The industrial segment also contributed meaningfully, with fresh orders of approximately ₹16,000 crore spanning transportation, transmission, defence, process industries, and industrial equipment.
On the execution front, BHEL commissioned and synchronised nearly 8.9 GW of power capacity during the year, underlining its continued focus on project delivery and operational efficiency.
With a healthy revenue trajectory, substantial order inflows, and a strong execution pipeline, the company has entered FY 2026–27 with solid momentum, positioning itself to further strengthen its role in India’s power and infrastructure landscape.
