Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL), the EPC arm of the Waaree Group, has reported a strong financial performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with revenue from operations doubling to ₹3,331.42 crore, marking a growth of 108.51% year-on-year compared to ₹1,597.75 crore in FY25.
The company’s EBITDA also saw a significant rise to ₹641.10 crore, up 106.21% from the previous year, while profit after tax (PAT) surged 109.09% to ₹478.65 crore, reflecting robust operational efficiency and disciplined project execution.
In the fourth quarter of FY26, WRTL continued its growth momentum with revenue reaching ₹1,102.40 crore, registering a 131.31% year-on-year increase. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹206.82 crore, up 63.71%, while PAT grew by 66.08% to ₹155.72 crore, further highlighting consistent financial performance.
The company also reported a strong unexecuted EPC order book of 2.83 GWp, which is expected to be executed over the next 12 to 15 months, providing solid visibility for future growth. Its bidding pipeline has expanded significantly, exceeding 36 GWp, supported by recent project wins including 420 MWp, 35 MWp, and 14 MWp ground-mounted solar projects.
WRTL has also expanded its business scope into emerging segments such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and data centres, aligning with evolving market opportunities. The company’s performance comes at a time when India’s renewable energy sector continues to gain momentum, with total installed capacity surpassing 274 GW and solar contributing over 150 GW as of March 2026. Solar capacity additions alone crossed 44 GW during FY26, reinforcing its position as the primary driver of the country’s clean energy transition.

In FY26, solar accounted for approximately 82% of total renewable capacity additions, firmly establishing solar as the primary driver of India’s clean energy transition.
