Zypp Electric Launches Evolve Innovation Challenge Season 3 to Drive EV Innovation

Zypp Electric announced the launch of Evolve Innovation Challenge Season 3, its flagship open innovation initiative that has been shaping the future of electric mobility since 2021.

Season 3 raises the stakes with a funding opportunity of up to INR 30 lakh backed by Zypp Electric and its investor network, making this one of the most lucrative EV innovation challenges in India today. As per the company, this competition is a launchpad designed to take ideas from concept to market. Winners will receive incubation support at Zypp Electric’s facilities to develop and stress-test their solutions, expert mentorship from leaders across EV, logistics, and deep tech, and direct access to venture capitalists through structured pitch opportunities, all backed by official recognition and visibility across India’s EV ecosystem.

Akash Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO, Zypp Electric, said, “We have a vision to create 100 unicorns and build a truly impactful EV ecosystem. Through Evolve Season 3, we’re bringing together India’s brightest minds to co-create solutions that can accelerate EV adoption and redefine sustainability. This isn’t just a challenge, it’s our commitment to building the innovation backbone of India’s electric future.”

EVolve Season 3 welcomes innovations across EV hardware, battery technology, charging infrastructure, mobility software, financing models, and beyond, making it one of India’s most inclusive platforms for EV-focused innovation, which welcomes all incorporated ideas working towards the common vision. Flo-Mobility, TSAW Drones and NikolEV have been notable alumni startups from this launchpad and are actively solving autonomous deliveries, drone-led deliveries and charging networks across India.

Applications are now open for startups, entrepreneurs, and organizations across India ready to build the next wave of EV solutions.
