Marsons Limited has received a purchase order worth ₹18.88 crore (inclusive of GST) from Ram Taranga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the supply of high-capacity power transformers, according to a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges on Fridya.
The order entails the supply of 100/125 MVA, 220 kV power transformers along with 16.8 MVA inverter duty transformers. The company confirmed that the contract is domestic in nature and is scheduled to be executed within a period of six months.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, highlighting the material nature of the contract.
